Interviews:

Every candidate applying for an executive position (President, Vice President, Secretary, Librarian, Dance Captain) will need to be interviewed by the directors and a panel of outgoing officers. These interviews will be conducted at 4:30 on Monday, May 11, and Tuesday, May 12 (conflicts only).

2015 Awards Banquet Ticket Orders

Make plans to attend this year’s choir awards banquet where we will announce our award & scholarship recipients, install next year’s council of officers, reflect on a fun and successful year with a slideshow, honor our seniors, and even share in some jokes. Our dinner this year will be a great meal from Kenny Blanek catering.

To preserve the formality of this event, we ask that families refrain from bringing infants and/or very young children. The banquet will last for about 2-2.5 hours.

All reservations must be received by Monday, May 11. Payment is due at time of reservation. Assuming all other fees are paid, the students may use their fundraising profits (Charms Miscellaneous Ledger) towards the cost of the tickets. If that is the case, please note that on the form.

Reservations will become final at the end of business on Monday, May 11.
There is no guarantee of ticket availability at the door on the day of the event.

When:  Monday, May 18, 2015 at 6:00 PM
Where:  Johnson Street Church of Christ Fellowship Hall
